just got home from a two-night trip to Candelaria, Quezon. i have a headache and kinda tired. but i had so much fun.

i miss the smell of chlorine,
the coldness of the air-con,
and the uber delicious food...

...save for the lunch at Chowking this afternoon (ewk! too much Chinese food!).

i also miss the friends, who smile at you every time they see you, even if they lack sleep from drinking until the sun rises.

but i'm gonna miss one thing most... my Honey's snore that kept me awake most of the night, on the right and my son's whisper-snore on the left. grabe, duet! hahaha.

but seriously... i'm gonna miss my Honey. *sighs* that snore... *sighs again*

oh, well... i really do hope there's a next time. according to them, ngayon lang ulit nagkasama-sama halos buong barkada. tapos libre pa! thanks to Kit's balikbayan cousin, Nice and her owner-of-the-resort boyfriend, Miki. wee!!

oh... and "napaka-so much" was an unforgettable line mentioned by Teresa, Nice's highschool friend. as well as "i'm false." and "i'm true." instead of saying "i'm right, i'm wrong." hehe. and the way she said it was really funny. hehe.

Euske had a swell time, too. he met a friend, Marco, Kit's godson, son of Val and Mikko. there was a time nga lang when the kids fought over Marco's toy car. nawala kasi yung black Power Rangers ni Euske. kinuha ata nung mga bata doon sa poolside.

grabe. spending-nakapa-so much-time with my Honey is giving me a hang-over. sunod-sunod na walang time na after nito. i'd start working this Friday and he'd have schoolwork and duty. oh, well... we'll find time. there's always time naman for love. wah. corny! nahawa ata ako kay Nice. hehehe.

Macau, Zhuhai (stop-over), Shenzhen, and Hongkong...

Our 4-hour trip... that's what my dad wants to call it. because we spent four hours in every part of the itinerary.

4 hours Macau City Tour.
4 hours Hong Kong City Tour.
4 hours at Hong Kong Disneyland.
4 hours Shenzhen, China City Tour.
4 hours at Windows of the World.
4 hours of sleep on the first and second night.

the remaining time was spent mostly for travelling, eating and falling in line at the immigration.

we rode the bus and the uber loooooooooong train for travelling. the train was maybe twice or even thrice as big as the MRT here. it takes 45mins to get from Lu Wo (near Shenzhen) to Hung Hom (a bridge away from Hong Kong). we even had 4 tour guides. wahahaha. Ester, Jackie, Andrew, and Poks. i wonder what 4 stands for in China.

China is uber big. well... i knew it was big. i didn't know it was THAT big. i mean, from Shenzhen, it takes you 3 hours to get to Beijing by plane and 25 hours by train. Come on! SUPER BIG!

on our second night (Hong Kong), we actually spent 2 and a half hours at the immigration on our way back to Shenzhen, China. we arrived there at about 9:25pm. "we" were a group of two: our family of seven and a group of eight FIlipinos that came from Marinduque, Canada and America. we used a group visa, a piece of paper that has a list of our names and genders, etc. so if one of us loses a passport, the whole group can't go pass the immigration. that wasn't the problem, though. the last in the list was KC, a guy. the first problem was, his gender in the paper was Female. and he's gay. "Natuluyan na. Baka 'female' nilagay niya sa form.", we laughed. the other problem was, the computer at the immigration doesn't have any information about KC. so we sat on the floor like squatters and an officer eventually shooed us to sit in a different place.

the head of the immigration gave us a deadline, if the tour guide's agency can't bring a new list to the immigration by 11:55pm (it was 11:25 then), the 14 of us can go back to our hotel in Shenzhen while KC has to return to Hong Kong and meet us in the morning. thankfully, the list made it! at exactly 11:55. and we were uber happy and the experience gave us something to laugh about. traumatized na raw si KC, at hindi na siya babalik ng China. hahaha.

it was fun. bitin nga lang yung trip. we didn't have the time or energy to roam around the streets. well, it's a given when you're in a tour.

we're planning to go to Singapore in three years time. Singapore-Malaysia-Indonesia is also an option. at least doon hindi kailangan ng visa when you cross the border.

it was a wonderful experience. the first time the whole family went out of the country, and we wanna do it again!

oh, and i'm sick of Chinese food. *blek!* even the Pepsi tastes Chinese.

hindi pala ko nagpost ng blog about graduation. hahaha. well.. i did write something about it in the photos section. that counts, right?

grabe itong araw na ito. walang tigil sa pagkain. i went Kit's place. we ate lunch out in a carinderia (with waiters) with Tita, his mom. dalawang kanin, dalawang manok (wing at leg), at kalahati ng malaking liempo ni Kit. waaah! tapos may ginataan pa for dessert. though ang kinain ko lang ay bola-bola, sago at sabaw. hahaha. e yun lang kinakain ko sa ginataan eh.

a few hours after eating, at around 3pm, Tito bought a Greenwich Budget Meal: spaghetti, chicken, 2 slices of hawaiian pizza, and a garlic stix. Kit and I shared the meal. eating made me sleepy, so i took a nap. when i woke up, it was dinner time! waaah! kain na naman?! dalawang serving ng kanina, dalawang longganizang lucban na may suka, at isang pirasong baboy with tomato sauce. hinog na mangga pa for dessert. waaah! 4 days before graduation, i lost two pounds. so i can fit into my dress. but i think i just gained the two pounds back. hahaha. grabe busog ako sobra! hanggang ngayon busog ako. sabi nga ni Kit ganyan daw palagi mangyayari sakin tuwing magpupunta ko sa kanila. waaah! wag naman. tataba na ko ng sobra. T_T hehe. sarap ng inaalagaan ng magulang ng boyfriend. ahihihi.

weee! how long has it been? a month or two? owell.. to summarize what has happened to me in the time i was absent... here's a quote for you to read: "Until one morning, I'll wake up and find I'm thinking about something else, and then I'll know the worst is over. My heart might be bruised, but it will recover and become capable of seeing the beauty of life once more. It has happened before, it will happen again, I'm sure. When someone leaves, it's because someone is about to arrive... I'll find love again." ^_^ and so i have.
